Winchester Military Museum

Last week, our Year 10 GCSE History students enjoyed a great day at Winchester Military Museum, understanding their paper 1 unit "Warfare Through Time" through a range of interactive sessions. They explored topics including Waterloo, cavalry and tank units, women in the armed forces, Gurkhas, and military technology, with opportunities to handle historical equipment and learn more about how the British Army has changed over time.
