The day featured debates on pedestrianising Portsmouth, passing a politics GCSE to be able to vote and if sending celebrities into space takes away from scientific achievement. Once again the pupils were a credit to themselves and took the day in their stride. Byron said "we could feel the tension from the start, but we thrived on it".
We are delighted to announce that we came away as the overall champions!!!!
A shout out to Sikemi, Moyin, Iftekhar, Fahim and Mariam for their achievement. We also took away awards for Best Delivery for Moyin and Best Opening Statement for David E. Another special mention also goes to Sabiha and Divine who volunteered their first GCSE free day to come and help add up the scoring for Unloc.
To quote Abdel "everyone can feel the happiness", as a school we are overjoyed with what they have achieved and hope to continue the success next year.
